Rugby

Many years ago, when I was still publishing my own magazine (the project turned out to be one of the most important lessons in my life so far), I heavily promoted the Jarocin rugby team. The Sparta Jarocin team, was at the beginning of its development and they had practically nothing but enthusiasm and tremendous passion. At that time I often photographed their struggles on the pitch. What aroused my admiration was the fact that only by giving their maximum they returned from the field smiling (regardless of the result). After a hiatus of several years, I ended up at one “winter” training session of the team’s seniors. We worked together briefly, but very intensively. I think that the frames that were formed during those 2. hours of murderous training say it all.
